Volunteer

Are you ready to be part of one of pinball’s largest events? We are thrilled to announce the upcoming FlipOut Expo Main and Classics Tournaments and we're seeking  individuals to join our team of  volunteers!

The success of both the Main and Classics tournaments depend on the help of amazing volunteers that generously give their time throughout the weekend.  The FlipOut! team is seeking individuals that are interested in assisting with various tasks such as setup and/or tear down, front desk, scorekeeping, or helping to maintain machines during the tournament. Volunteers will be compensated in the form of various perks based on the number of hours volunteered.  Brief descriptions of responsibilities are listed below. If you are interested in helping out this year, please fill out the form  at the bottom of the page. Someone from the FlipOut team will reach out to you shortly after your submission!

 Set Up and Tear Down

• Assist with setting up the tournament area, arranging pinball machines, and preparing the venue for the event. After the tournament, contribute to the efficient teardown process to restore the space to its original state. 

 Front Desk

• Assist with player registration, help to ensure a smooth check-in process, distribute event materials, field questions and and provide helpful information to participants. 

Scorekeepers

• Record players' scores in the main and/or classics game banks

• Help players with game and ruling related issues by contacting a tournament official

Game Technicians

• In order to ensure  smooth operations during the event,  we are seeking experienced technicians to assist with the troubleshooting and repair of any technical issues that may arise during the event.
